1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after our daily processing cut-off time may be processed on the next business day.

Due to our sourcing model, certain products may require additional preparation time prior to shipment to ensure:

  • Order accuracy
  • Professional standards

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Ontario: 1–21 business days
  • Rest of Canada: 2–21 business days

3. Sourcing & Fulfillment Model

Some items may be sourced after your order is placed.

This allows us to:

4. Shipping Rates

    • Lost packages in transit

We will assist with tracking and provide support where possible.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered, it is considered successfully delivered.

Nila Prime is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages after delivery
  • Stolen shipments

In certain cases, we may request:

  • Proof of claim
  • A police report

8. Delivery Confirmation

Carrier tracking and delivery confirmation will be considered valid proof of delivery.


9. Split Shipments

Orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on:

  • Supplier fulfillment
  • Logistics

Each shipment will include its own tracking information.


10. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Nila Prime is not responsible for:

11. Order Changes & Cancellation

Once an order has been processed or shipped:

  • It cannot be modified
  • It cannot be cancelled

12. Returned to Sender / Undeliverable Orders

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping and handling fees may be deducted
  • Store credit may be issued at our discretion

14. Oversized, Heavy, or Special Items

16. Fulfillment Method (No Local Pickup)

All orders are fulfilled through our shipping network and delivered directly to customers.
Local pickup is not available at this time.


17. PO Box Deliveries

Some carriers may not be able to deliver to PO Box addresses.
